USPS Announces the Launch of the Mailing & Shipping Solutions Center – Effective April 26, 2019

As part of our continuous effort to deliver a world-class customer experience, the Postal Service is pleased to announce the launch of the Mailing & Shipping Solutions Center (MSSC) on April 26, 2019. The new MSSC will provide centralized support for commercial mailing and shipping questions.

Beginning Friday, April 26^th 2019 you only need to call our toll-free number 1-877-672-0007 Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. ─ 7:00 P.M. Central Time,  This will allow you to reach our trained and professional Mailing Requirements staff, who can assist you with all your mailing and shipping needs.

We are excited to share this announcement with you, our valued customers, and look forward to working together as the USPS continues to innovate and streamline solutions for our commercial mailing and shipping partners.

As of Wednesday, April 17, 2019 all Mailing Requirements Clerks in the SJ District will be joining the Mailing and Shipping Solutions Center supported by Mailing Requirements Clerks nationwide. Their local phone numbers will no longer be available for direct contact. Please post the flyer in each office and hand out to our customers to advise them of the change. The hours are Central Time hours thus 7 AM – 7 PM is 8:00 AM-8:00 PM Eastern.

This is for use of external customers as well as internal USPS personnel
